Can I split an order into two or more different colours?

Yes you sure can. The minimum number of one colour you can order is 100 wristbands (so different colours must be in multiples of 100).  If you would like to do this, please add it to the 'Comments' section when you order.

 

How long will it take for my wristbands to be delivered?

We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries.  All orders are sent via either Standard or Express Post (with a tracking number).  Plain wristbands are sent out the next business day after you order (or the same day) and printed orders will be sent out to you within two weeks of your order.

 

Expected delivery times are:

  • Within Metropolitan NSW - Up to 2 Business Days
  • To Capital Cities in QLD, VIC, ACT, SA & TAS - 2-4 Business Days
  • Country Locations in NSW - 3-4 Business Days
  • Country Locations in Other States, WA & NT - 3-7 Business Days

Do you offer Express Delivery?

Yes we do, please choose this option when placing your order!

 

Where are you located?

We are located in Metropolitan Sydney and do all of our sales online.

 

What custom print features can you provide for my wristbands?

We can add consecutive numbering (eg 0001 to 1000, or any special codes you supply), any logo or text you supply (as long as it fits in the wristband print dimensions).

 

Can you contact me?

Do you offer trade pricing?

In certain circumstances we do. We would need to know the volume of orders you intend to send us, so please email as much detail as possible to sales@wristbandking.com.au

 

Do you deliver internationally?

At this stage we do not.
